I would say there is encouragement for people to use their heads when making decisions and not letting emotions rule. Not to alienate their emotions. Emotions are very important but should not rule against logic but rather co-exist like a marriage.

When I first started my social network journey with Facebook when I was laid off for a few months in 2009, my wife introduced me to it. I got into some of the games (yes, Farmville - #facepalm), I was laid off, lots of down time! Upon returning to work I quickly ended my fb gaming career. As a union benefit rep. I often refer to past cases to help me figure out current issues and problems. My predecessor and his predecessor are in the area in higher positions now within the international union. I do utilize their experience as well. My Dad has told me that there was a Sgt. Jason in a military comic book of some sort he used to read… He had always like the name. Despite searching around the internet I have never been able to figure out what comic or character my Dad is referring too. He says he doesn’t remember.

Our senses can only take in so much information...
On average I’d say 38%. Of course, more so if we are taking a casual walk. Less so if we are driving 65 mph down the hwy. And even less than that if someone is texting/talking on their mobile phone. ha.
