What's your favorite memory from this summer?

What's your favorite food at a BBQ?

You can’t go wrong with smoked ribs (if the person preparing them knows what they are doing)…. but when it comes to grilling, to me, nothing beats a medium-rare ribeye steak (preferably seasoned to perfection). Will answer about anything… even if I have to make it up.
